One file, always complete. Later versions add to this document instead of replacing it, so whatever you download contains everything published before it.

Nothing is ever deleted. When a later part supersedes an earlier one, the earlier part stays — because candidates sit the exam on different editions of the Study Materials.

What Is In It Right Now”

Part 1 — The 2027 Reform: What Changes, and When. On 1 September 2026 FIFA published the full, restated RSTP that follows from the Court of Justice’s judgment in the Diarra case, in force from 1 January 2027. Part 1 sets out the two dates that decide which regime applies, the new age-banded protected period, the rebuilt article 17, the player’s share of his own transfer fee under article 21bis, and the shorter changes that are easy to miss. Part 2 — Practice Questions on the 2027 Reform. Eighteen questions in the same RAAC format as the books — Regulation, Article, Apply, Conclude — with full reasoning and citations to the January 2027 texts. Your books remain correct for the exam. They test the January 2026 Study Materials, which is what FIFA examines until it issues new ones. This supplement covers the regulations that follow. Version 2 — expected in the first quarter of 2027. When FIFA publishes the Study Materials for the 2027 edition, a new part is added to this same document: which of the reform is actually examinable, how it maps onto the questions in Books 2 and 3 by question number, and the new Players’ Status Chamber and Agents Chamber decisions the Study Materials bring with them. About Patrick Poldervaart

Patrick Poldervaart passed the FIFA Football Agent Exam himself in 2007 — on the first attempt, without a resit, one of the youngest ever to do so — and has worked as a FIFA-licensed agent ever since, with over 600 transfers and employment contracts behind him. He wrote the "How to Pass the FIFA Football Agent Exam" series to teach the method and the regulatory depth that actually gets candidates through it, not just a pile of practice questions. Keeping that series accurate matters to him more than most authors bother with. That is why these books come with an update channel rather than a reprint schedule: when FIFA moves, the supplement grows, and everyone who already trusted the books enough to buy them gets it free.
