BE SMART

The internet is full of free mock exam questions. Why should I choose your platform?

The answer to the question is simple. The mock questions that are free on the internet are far too simple and do not correspond to the actual level of the FIFA Football Agent exam. The questions often result from copy-and-paste work and usually only contain the answer without explanation. We advise you to practice with mock exam questions of the highest level to be exceptionally well prepared for the exam. With our high pass rate, we are confident that our service is effective. Because we are pioneers in the field of exam candidates, we can offer our courses at competitive prices.

Patrick Poldervaart

The mock exams were compiled by Patrick Poldervaart. Patrick has provided legal assistance and advice to many football agents and clubs on concluding and finalising (inter)national transfers. In his practice, Patrick ensures that football agents’ practice (international) procedures, transfer contracts, employment contracts, and representation contracts are compliant with the latest (inter)national laws and regulations. In his more than a decade-long career, he has concluded more than 500 transfers and employment contracts.

Patrick is also the legal director of the New Brands Group, a marketing agency that links high profile football players with luxury brands.

The Mock Exam Module will help you to prepare for and pass the next FIFA exam on June 18, 2025.

Exam Question

Lorenzo is a 25-year-old striker who has been active as a pro player for six years. In his last three seasons, he played more than 30 games per season, scoring more than 15 goals in each of his previous three seasons at Club Alpha in Belgium. After three successful seasons, he was signed by the Beta Club in Spain. In his first season, Club Beta played 43 official matches. Lorenzo only played in 3 games; in the other 40 matches, he sat on the bench. The season ends on June 5th. During his holidays on June 25th, he calls his agent, John, explaining that he wants to leave Club Beta before the new season starts. He has an employment contract for four seasons. His agent, John, told Lorenzo that he might know how Lorenzo could terminate his contract without being liable for any damage or penalty. If Lorenzo can successfully terminate his contract, he could become a free-agent player, opening up new opportunities for his career.

What possibility is John referring to, and will he be able to establish this possibility?

a) His agent, John, refers to termination without just cause.

b) His agent, John, refers to termination with Sporting Just Cause, and Lorenzo will succeed.

c) His agent, John, refers to termination with Sporting Just Cause, but Lorenzo will not succeed.

d) His agent, John, refers to termination with a release clause and will succeed.

Please watch the video below for the explanation provided by Clarissa.

The FIFA Football Agent Exam

Those looking to become football agents in 2024 must pass the FIFA Football Agent Exam. In this part, we explain what to expect and the key regulations for you to study so you know where your preparation should begin.

In 2023, the exam was reintroduced after a period of 8 years. It assesses agents' knowledge of key FIFA documents and their understanding of the agent industry and profession. These key documents are contained in 705 pages of the FIFA Study Materials and are as follows:

  1. FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR): These are all the new regulations that have been implemented and those that are still relevant and applicable from previously. This covers everything from commission and representation contracts to representing youth players and exclusivity.
  2. Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP): This is the most important of FIFA documents that outline the registration of players, contractual matters, training compensationsolidarity payments, third-party influence and jurisdictions.
  3. FIFA Clearing House Regulations: Explains all the regulations surrounding the use and compliance with the FIFA clearing house system.
  4. FIFA Procedural Rules Governing the Football Tribunal: All rules concerning the Football Tribunal and its three chambers are the Agents Chamber, Players' Status Chamber, and the Dispute Resolution Chamber.
  5. FIFA Statutes: Details the legislation, general rules, and regulations for FIFA's operations.
  6. FIFA Code of Ethics: This outlines rules of conduct within football and the sanctions and disciplinary measures that can arise from it. It also includes the procedures and methods of adjudication in disputes.
  7. FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC): A broader and more intricate report regarding various disciplinary sanctions and infringements from doping and assault to forgery and corruption. It also explains the different bodies and organisations involved in sanction procedures.
  8. FIFA Guardians – Child Safeguarding Toolkit: Refers to education on protecting minors and players.

During the exam, candidates will have 60 minutes to complete a 20-question multiple-choice exam composed of questions randomly generated and selected from a server with FIFA questions to prevent cheating. The exam can be taken in English, Spanish, and French.

To pass the exam, candidates must score 15 correct answers (75%), which will entitle them to take the further steps needed to receive their agent licence and conduct their services globally. If you fail to meet this score, it is possible to retake the exam later, and there is no limit on the number of times an individual can attempt the exam. Notably, the exam is open-book, meaning that you can refer to the FIFA Study Materials during the exam. The exam will take place in a venue selected by your association. You will receive an invitation with the address the month before the exam.
