Patrick Poldervaart

Patrick is a sports law expert and football agent. He has provided legal assistance and advice to many football agents and clubs on the conclusion and finalisation of (inter)national transfers. In his practice, Patrick ensures that football agents’ practise, (international) procedures, transfer contracts, employment contracts, and representation contracts are compliant with the latest (inter)national laws and regulations. In his more than a decade-long career, he has concluded more than 350 transfers and employment contracts.

  • What is the duration of the masterclass?

    We advise completing the essential masterclass in 6 weeks. However, this is entirely up to you.

  • Do we have personal contact during the course

    The essential masterclass is the basic version of the masterclass. The premium masterclass contains a personal video call and access to the discussion board. These features are excluded in the essential version.

  • Who's this masterclass not for?

    It takes a lot of time and effort to build knowledge and expertise. Anyone unwilling to put in the time and effort to complete the masterclass is not ready for this course. Anyone willing to become a football agent or football legal advisor on short notice but not dedicated to investing the time needed to understand the profession is not ready for this course. This masterclass gives you the tools and knowledge to become an experienced football agent, you must be dedicated to me and the course to succeed.

  • How does the payment procedure work

    You can pay for the masterclass with a credit card. Our service provider is Stripe. We also offer PayPal. However, PayPal does not offer payment plans. If you want to pay in 3 instalments, this is only possible using a credit card.   • Can I have a free preview?

  • Can I still participate in the premium masterclass if I took part in the essential masterclass?

    Upon completing the essential masterclass, you will receive a certificate of completion. If you continue with the masterclass, you can request our customer support team for a coupon. The 89 euros you have invested in the essential masterclass will be deducted from the price of the premium masterclass.
